Ji Training is designed to uplevel your practice towards advanced asana, while incorporating your individual body and injuries.
wherever you are at, whatever style you practice,
if you have an intermediate yoga practice or superhuman commitment you will have a lot of fun and a lot to learn.

how to apply?
prerequisites for first time applicants

one backbend of your choice
one inversion of your choice
one arm balance of your choice
✓ complete the 9-week online prep challenge (includes 4 mandatory video submissions on fixed dates)
This isn’t about performance. I just want to see where you’re at — no pressure.
⚠️ Submitting your video clips does not guarantee acceptance. Admission is competitive and based on evaluation of all required materials. If accepted, you'll receive the full prep challenge and further instructions.

Ji Training Level 3 is:
a 10-week hybrid program
9-week prep challenge + 1 week in-person
9-week online preparation training with my supervision:
prep challenge designed to build smart, repetitive patterns and train precision in motion
focus across all training core skills
7-day in-person immersion:
daily practice (6.5 hours/day, one half day)
expect private attention within a group setting: individual corrections, hands-on support, and targeted progress are a key part of the experience
learn key principles in the workshop, apply them directly in the led class, and integrate through guided reset
core skills:
all basic disciplines you need for an advanced practice:
- arm balances
- backbends
- hip openers
- inversions
- transitions between all of them

times will vary throughout training, but never earlier than 7am or later than 7pm.

asana-based strength training (founded by Scott Erickson). together, we lead you through precise, low-impact sequences that build functional strength, control, and stillness.

led class based on Iyengar’s original structured advanced practice, different length of holds and dynamics, sequencing adjusted by me.

- you may transfer your tuition once to the next scheduled Ji Training within 12 months, or
- opt for a 50% refund (minus transaction fees), with no further transfer.

the transfer of your tuition to a future training is only possible for the next Ji-Training advertised worldwide within the same 12 months.
if the paid tuition is less than the cost of the subsequent training, you are responsible for covering the difference.
failure to commit to the very next training will result in the forfeiture of your training fees
