Ji-Training is designed to uplevel your practice towards advanced asana, while incorporating your individual body and injuries.
wherever you are at, whatever style you practice,
if you have an intermediate yoga practice or superhuman commitment you will have a lot of fun and a lot to learn.

Ji-Training in a nutshell:
9 week prep course
nine weeks prior to Ji-Training we start with a homework challenge online.
these exercises will take a few minutes of your day only, but are built in a sequence that is going to help you to get the most out of your Ji-Training!
in these nine weeks it’s not about going deep, but to educate your body to move correctly, repetitively.
before the actual training we get to see where your deficits and strengths are.
i will provide you with regular feedback on your homework and answer your questions.
focus points:
all basic disciplines you need for an advanced practice:
- arm balances
- backbends
- hip openers
- inversions
- transitions between all of them
example day in training:
7.30-9.30 morning session
9.30-11 break
11-1 workshop
1-4 break
4-6 Ji-class
times will vary throughout training, but never earlier than 7.30am or later than 7pm.

- cancel anytime and seamlessly transfer your training fees (including accommodation, if offered) to the next scheduled Ji-Training with no cancellation fee.
- alternatively, cancel anytime and receive a 50% refund (minus transaction fees), with no option to transfer to future trainings.
please note:
the transfer of your tuition to a future training is only possible for the next Ji-Training advertised worldwide within the same 12 months.
if the paid tuition is less than the cost of the subsequent training, you are responsible for covering the difference.
failure to commit to the very next training will result in the forfeiture of your training fees
