we will have 2 sessions (5 training hours) per day, designed to meet both beginning intermediate and advanced practitioners.
there will be plenty of yoga, workout, breathing, relaxation and recovery.

WHO CAN DO THIS?
Ji Training is designed to support the transition from intermediate to advanced asana, while incorporating your individual body, injuries, and capacity.
wherever you are at, whatever style you practice,
if you are a beginning intermediate practitioner or an advanced student, you will have a lot of fun and a lot to learn.

🕣 8:30 – 11:30 studio XB: drills & workshop
🕓 16:00 – 18:00 studio FH: led class
times are fixed for this training.

prerequisites for first time applicants

first timers:

one backbend of your choice
one inversion of your choice
one arm balance of your choice
✓ complete the 4-week online prep challenge (includes 4 mandatory video submissions on fixed dates)
This isn’t about performance. I just want to see where you’re at — no pressure.
⚠️ Submitting your video clips does not guarantee acceptance. Admission is competitive and based on evaluation of all required materials. If accepted, you'll receive the full prep challenge and further instructions.

cancellation policy
- cancel anytime and seamlessly transfer your training fees (including accommodation, if offered) to the next scheduled Ji Training with no cancellation fee.
- alternatively, cancel anytime and receive a 50% refund (minus transaction fees) for both early bird and Ji-pro, with no option to transfer to future trainings.
please note:
the transfer of your tuition to a future training is only possible for the next Ji Training advertised worldwide within the same 12 months.
if the paid tuition is less than the cost of the subsequent training, you are responsible for covering the difference.
failure to commit to the very next training will result in the forfeiture of your training fees
scholarship (50%)
