A month of daily 2-hour guided practice in a heated room, set in paradise.
Each morning: a different style, a focused theme, and space to work at your own level.
You're not here to be taught a sequence - you're here to train, refine, and evolve. I'm there to guide and support you, but your effort drives your progress.
The rest of the day is yours - luxury resort living, Bali exploration, deep rest, or creative work.

Ji Training is designed to uplevel your practice towards advanced asana, while incorporating your individual body and injuries.

This is not a retreat. This is a personal commitment, in a powerful setting.
We will work every day in a mix of led class and guided self-practice — where you’re free to explore what your body and practice need that day.
Think of it as a free style space: focused, individualized, and supported.
Important Notes:
This is a private training format. You will receive full attention daily whether you’re alone or part of a very small group (max 10 people).
This is not a retreat – there is no set structure beyond the daily practice. You are welcome to spend your days as you like.
Accommodation is not included. You can book independently nearby or at the luxury resort (location information comes with application confirmation).

one backbend of your choice
one inversion of your choice
one arm balance of your choice
This isn’t about performance. I just want to see where you’re at — no pressure.
Submitting your video clips does not guarantee acceptance.
Admission is competitive and based on evaluation of all required materials.

We will work every day in a mix of led class and guided self-practice—where you’re free to explore what your body and practice need that day. Think of it as a free style space: focused, individualized, and supported. Led classes include:

my signature challenge class (founded by me). dynamic, strong, bendy, and hot. a full (free) sequence blending strength and flexibility in creative, intelligent ways.
Ji Special
advanced yin method (founded by me). expect long holds, slow-motion transitions, and a class unlike any you’ve done before — physically intense but deeply calming.
- Iyengar method:
precision-based alignment work, long holds, and advanced asana (to your level). expect detailed cueing, structural awareness, and thorough postural refinement.
Warrior Training
asana-based strength training (founded by Scott Erickson). together, we lead you through precise, low-impact sequences that build functional strength, control, and stillness.

As the rental cost for this month is high and margins are tight, I’m not able to offer discounts for this training. Thank you for understanding.

cancellation policy
- Cancel anytime and seamlessly transfer your training fees to the next scheduled Ji Training with no cancellation fee.
- Alternatively, cancel anytime and receive a 50% refund (minus transaction fees), with no option to transfer to future trainings.
please note:
the transfer of your tuition to a future training is only possible for the next Ji Training advertised worldwide within the same 12 months.
if the paid tuition is less than the cost of the subsequent training, you are responsible for covering the difference.
failure to commit to the very next training will result in the forfeiture of your training fees
