Led Class
90 minutes
learn and practice in a led class setting
free and adaptive sequencing
all led classes incorporate
individual corrections and modifications,
and are not a one-fits-all approach
any level:
introduction to, or advanced practice of, all the core skills: arm balance, backbends, inversion, hip openers, fun transitions.
structure:
a led class with a warm-up,
preparing you and taking you through a series of core skill postures, and
a reset with counter poses and cool down
this can be:
