whatever style you're coming from, most likely somebody taught you to teach a system. no matter which system, or "lineage", there is often a certain rigidity to it. to understand how to individually help your students, based on their body type, their injury history and their mental and physical capacity at that moment in time, is something you cannot learn in a heart beat.
